About Delivery

We currently deliver across Delhi NCR, while our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is available for delivery across India. We deliver all 7 days a week.

Any order placed before 6 PM will be delivered the next day, except A2 Gir Cow Ghee, which takes 5–7 days via third-party partners.

Here are the cities where we deliver our dairy products –

NOTE: Conditions apply based on the size of the order and the exact location. The actual time will also depend on these two factors.

Shipping Methods and Charges

We have our own delivery team that delivers milk and milk products across Delhi NCR.
Standard Delivery (1-2) business days, available for all orders (except A2/A2 Gir Cow Ghee).
We offer free shipping on all our milk products.

All perishable products, including milk, are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to preserve quality and freshness.

Delivery Delays: In case of unforeseen events such as bad weather, high demand, or traffic, we will inform you of any delays and share a revised delivery schedule. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including travel delays from courier partners due to weather or strikes.
Any Order Related Issues
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please Call or WhatsApp our customer service at +91 8882210294 during delivery. Share your order number and photos of the damaged items for a prompt resolution.
Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, contact us immediately. We will investigate and ensure the missing items are delivered or a refund is issued.
